Direct Psychology Services
Whatever your age, when mental health, behavior and emotional concerns emerge, I believe it is important to access help quickly. Direct therapeutic work starts by developing a shared understanding of these concerns. This is done through us meeting for a small number of initial sessions. I find one or two sessions tends to be sufficient to draw together this understanding and to collaboratively develop a psychological intervention plan.

Within the intervention plan, the number, frequency and length of sessions are flexible to meet your needs. On average a typical intervention plan involves a minimum of 6 direct sessions.

Sessions can take place online using Zoom video conferencing or at my office in the centre of Stourbridge, West Midlands.

Fees
Direct psychology sessions are charged at a flat fee of £125 per 50 minute session . I do offer discount of £10 per session for a block booking of 6 sessions. Thus for 6 pre-paid sessions you pay £690. All fees are inclusive of any preparation work and assessment measures required. Fees can be paid by bank transfer, by card via this website or I can invoice you with a link for payment.

I accept self-referrals as well as those from health insurance companies. I am currently registered with AXA PPP, Vitality Health, Aviva, Aetna Global, Cigna Health and WPA.

I accept referrals from Local Authorities for assessment and therapeutic services. I also offer services that can be funded by the Adoption Support Fund. If you are interested in these services please email me for a quote.
